Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund rules: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions that prevent the cruise ship from docking, 80% of the tour fare will be refunded to the customer.
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed.
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• Pickup time is flexible and will be communicated to the customer in advance, based on the cruise ship’s arrival schedule.
