Good to know
- Please note that this activity is only available in English and Japanese.
- Adults aged 18 and above must ride motorcycles individually. Please select the "1 person per vehicle" option when booking. We do not accept 2 adults aged 18 and above sharing a motorcycle.
- As women may have less physical strength, it is not recommended for 2 women to drive the same vehicle.
- If participants wish to ride a snowmobile in pairs, only men aged 20 and over are allowed to drive. Combinations of 2 women or 1 woman + 1 child cannot drive a snowmobile alone.
- Travelers aged 2-17 cannot ride motorcycles alone and must ride with a male aged 20 or over. When booking, please select the "2 people per vehicle" option and fill in the age of the underage traveler in the remarks column.
- After arriving at the facility, depending on the reservation status on the day, you may need to wait before the experience. During this time, you can take photos of the snow scene.
- On the day of departure, it may be announced that the activity is temporarily closed due to weather, snow conditions, or snow removal.
- Those with heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, and those with behavioral problems or mental/psychological disorders cannot participate in this activity.
- If you have had hernia, lumbar spine, or spinal surgery, or if vibrations may aggravate your condition, you are prohibited from participating in this tour. People with sequelae of injuries, fractures, or dislocations in their fingers, arms, legs, or other limbs are also not allowed to participate. In addition, those affected by anesthetics or alcohol may not participate (if alcohol odor is detected upon arrival, an alcohol test will be conducted).
