• Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued

Other Reminders

• The legal height limit of riding a bike is 145 cm. The operator will provide their standard kids' bikes and a selection of seats for infants if this minimum height requirement can't be met
• Please note that luggage can be stored at the meeting point in the operator's office during the tour if needed
• It is a legal requirement for individuals aged 0-15 to wear helmets. Helmets are available for all individuals who wishes to use them
• This tour runs rain or shine
• Child seats are available for children aged 9 months to 5 years old
• Child bike trailers are available for children aged 5-8, who are unable to ride independently. Due to limited supply, please coordinate with the operator prior to your arrival
• Small regular bikes are available for children aged 5-9
