Snowcity is amazing...but KLOOK is pathetic!! Klook does not even know that Snowcity is closed for almost 2 months now... and they went ahead and confirmed my booking. Thanks to Snowcity guys who refunded the money. Never book on Klook, very unreliable and completely detached from things on ground!
