What to expect

Meet the Okudosan: Cook using a traditional wood-fired clay stove—an authentic method rarely practiced today.

A Five-Senses Experience: Watch the fire glow and rice simmer, hear the crackling wood, breathe in the sweet aroma, feel the tools in your hands, and taste rice at its purest.

From Field to Feast: Begin with a brief intro to the journey of rice for deeper appreciation before cooking.

The Ultimate Rice: Build the fire and cook your own batch. The result is glossy, fluffy, and unbelievably flavorful—an experience that may change how you see rice forever.
