The pass itself is really useful,it covers almost everything tourists might need in Hamburg. Just when you use it most of the staffs in museums don’t know the difference between Pass and Card,so you will have to double check with them since there’s one museum charge me and I still didn’t get my refund back after 3 weeks now.

City pass is good, but it’s a bit hard for people who don't have a sense of direction. It would be better if you could have an app to navigate the smooth route.
It's very convenient to take the bus and subway! !! When you take the bus, you can take the subway without special show because you do n’t have the so-called entrance gate, you can take it with you. Hamburg Museum of Art & Hamburg Haunted House are both worthwhile to arrange ~
