Fantastic 5.0

After buying a ticket here, you can go to the counter to exchange for a physical ticket on the same day and then you can enter. It turned out that there was only one event that day to meet the kangaroos at 11:30. I didn’t see the event time clearly and didn’t arrive at the zoo until the afternoon, so I missed it.

We think the animals are treated very well in the zoo, but at the same time we suspect the animals have too many food because they barely move. The kangaroo encounter was fine but a little bit short.

Although you can see kangaroos up close during the event, you can't feed them or touch them. I understand it's to protect them, but I'm a bit disappointed!

Fantastic 5.0

This was so worth it! Learning about the kangaroos in the zoo up close was so much fun! The guides, Carla and Tim, were so kind, friendly, and professional. Best part was, after the Kangaroo experience, we were able to see and make the most out of the rest of the zoo.

Fantastic 5.0

The guide was amazing. it was only the 2 of us who did the kangaroo experience. we were not able to feed or touch the kangaroos but the kangaroos will usually approach us when we are just standing there.

Kangaroo encounter time is too short and can’t touch or feed the kangaroo, just stand closer to take a look

Fantastic 5.0

Remember to enter the park early, because each kangaroo interaction has different time periods, and you will not be able to use it after the left time period. When you change flights, you need to check whether he has helped you bury a kangaroo on the left side of your book to interact with him, because he didn't know I had it at first, so I found out and talked to him about making arrangements.

Fair 1.0

Only after the activity is confirmed can we know what time we will arrive. However, it was not stated when purchasing. It only said that we should choose that day, and the result is that we can only arrive at 11:15 otherwise it will be invalid. However, if I need to change my accommodation that day, I cannot arrive at 11:15. You can only treat yourself as a fool when you arrive, and orders cannot be canceled 24 hours in advance. It is very expensive. If there is a specified time, you should make it clear when purchasing!
