  • [Tour Language] This tour does not provide a dedicated tour guide; the driver will lead the tour. The driver's language will be either Japanese or Chinese, randomly assigned.   • [Clothing Recommendations] Temperatures are low in the early morning and evening. Please wear a warm down jacket, thick socks, a scarf or neck warmer, a hat, and gloves. Snow boots or waterproof, non-slip shoes are highly recommended.
  • [Note] The tour content cannot be customized. Due to the limited duration of the chartered tour, a surcharge of 2,500 yen per 30 minutes will be charged for delays caused by personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • [Tickets / Fees] Zao Ropeway tickets (4,400 yen/person) and the Ginzan Onsen shuttle bus fee are not included and must be paid separately. Actual prices are subject to the official website.
  • [Tour Information] The tour schedule may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. If the Zao Ropeway is suspended or cannot be used due to on-site congestion, the Central Ropeway will be used instead.
  • [Weather Conditions] Due to temperature changes, some snow monsters may naturally melt or the scenery may change. Snow monster visibility and viewing results will vary depending on the weather and visibility on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
  • [Meeting Point Information] If you do not arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
  • [Infant Information] Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. The price is the same as adults for all ages 0 and above.
  • [Luggage Regulations] As this is a small group tour, large luggage may not be accommodated depending on the vehicle type. It is recommended to bring only light luggage on the day.
  • [Other] Participation is not recommended for infants, people over 70 years of age with mobility issues, pregnant women, or people with serious illnesses.
