• Tour start times are approximate. Train schedules and Machu Picchu entry times will be assigned based on availability at the time of booking. Entry to citadel is available in time slots between 6:00 and 14:00, with a maximum visit duration of 4 hours
• The itinerary is for reference only and may vary depending on the scheduled entry time to Machu Picchu
• It is recommended to book 2–3 months in advance to secure admission to the most popular circuits. If Circuit 2 or Circuit 3 is unavailable, Circuit 1 will be assigned at no additional cost

Your booking will only be confirmed once a valid ticket is provided, and pick-up times are based on your confirmed Machu Picchu entry time (09:00–11:00: 04:00 pick-up; 12:00: 05:00 pick-up; 13:00: 07:00 pick-up; 14:00–15:00: 07:30 pick-up)
• Machu Picchu admission tickets are non-transferable and are valid only for the passenger whose personal details were provided at the time of booking
• The tour is fixed and may change due to official instructions
• If you select the tickets to the Citadel not included option, you must already have a valid Machu Picchu entrance ticket. Otherwise, your booking cannot be confirmed
• Selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted inside Machu Picchu
