The entire trip was very comfortable; the boat was large and stable, making it unlikely to cause seasickness. The meeting point was easy to find. The captain's explanation was very detailed; he introduced the fjord along the way and also various whales. When whales appeared, the captain would provide hints and directions to help passengers see them. There was heating in the cabin, and passengers were free to enter and exit the cabin and deck. There was also a bar providing drinks and bread for a fee.

The staff did not initially recognize my Klook booking, even though I showed them the QR code provided by Klook and had completed the registration in the tour company’s system the night before.
The tour itself was well organized; however, the whale-watching experience did not feel worth the price. We only caught a brief glimpse of two fin whales after a long wait, and the strong currents, rough waters, and seasickness made the experience less enjoyable.

we weren't able to see the whales. The tour was cancelled and we were given options either to join the Fjords tour with 30% refund or a full refund.

Unfortunately, the whales left Tromso earlier than the expectation and the tour was canceled and replaced by Arctic Fjord cruise with partially refund. The cruise members are nice and the trip is good as well. However, it does not meet our expectations. I understand this is natural. And still have many thanks to the cruise members for the notification and rescheduling the tour. One additional thing. Therer are many people accepted the rescheduled tour. However, there are no specific signs or members to guide us. This is the thing can be improved.
