Shinjuku Chopstick Making Workshop (Tokyo)

What an amazing way to spend 60mins, this activity guided and instructed by Aleyna was fantastic. ypu have the options to just use the basic wood included in price or upgrade to additional priced wood as well as paying a little more for engraving. all up was very affordable and a great keepsake memento for a fabulous trip. thanks again Aleyna, we were very happy with our chopsticks x

Sota was very kind and very helpful while I struggled to plane my chopsticks on the right sides. I really enjoyed the process and they have a wide selection of wood types for an extra charge. Friendly staff, clean environment.

The workshop was so much fun and such a good experience, it's such a good experience and way to get a cool and useful souvenir, the staff was lovely as well, I had Thierry and Yin helping me out during the process and they where so helpful and nice.

I choose Sakura and my wife choose sugi for own chopsticks but so happy with the results!

From the start, our guide made us feel completely at home. He introduced each type of wood, explained the process in a way that actually made sense, and answered every question with a smile. It's rare to feel this comfortable trying something new. Worth knowing upfront: the nicer woods and the engraving option each add a little to the price — but honestly, well worth it.
