I'm glad I started my Hanoi with this foodie tour since this was a great introduction to the history and culture of Vietnam. Our tour guide, Linh Lê Vương, was a very knowledgable, upbeat and friendly resident expert. We sampled local dishes from off-the-beaten, relatively non-touristy food havens in the city. She even explained to us Vietnamese dining etiquette, which we were able to practice. Through this tour, we learned about Vietmam's variety of very healthy as well as sinfully delicious dishes. I highly recommend that you book this toir because you get to EAT LIKE A LOCAL HANOIAN, and was nothing but a full, rewarding cultural experience.
I went to a local restaurant guide to local local guide .. Because it is local knowledge, hygiene was a little bad .. It was good to experience local life directly. The last course is egg coffee.
Though we were not able to join the foodie tour for the reason that we were exhausted from our travel still they manage to called & utterly wanted to pick us up in the hotel, such a good gesture.
I got a list of restaurants recommended by locals and used it well during the schedule.
You can eat at a local restaurant that is eaten by locals. The guide is kind and the food is delicious.
The food was a really nice and our tour guide knew everything about the city as Well!
It was great to have a ambience in Vietnam, with the Swiss and South Americans, but it wasn't as amazing as I expected.
Our guide was amazing, she took us to amazing places and we ate amazing food, she was very knowledgeable and attentive and helped us find the secret local spots. Great experience
Go around the alleys in every corner of the Old Quarter and try some delicious local food. It was fun. From the street food to the famous anti-American 25, the locals who do not think, the foreigners, sitting tightly and drinking the coffee of the egg .. Recommended course. Ah, we were three, but we did not have a joe, so it was fun with the guide "Miya".
It was a tour that made the trip to Hanoi very memorable.
