Louvre Museum ticket with Mona Lisa digital audioguide

We were very lucky to get into the exhibition ahead of the booked time due to a temporary strike in the morning. It was wonderful to see lots of paintings, sculptures and objects with rich and fascinating histories. We really had a good time!

great place to visit. tickets on klook is cheaper than the window ticket. I had some confusion with the tickets, which are sent via email from a third party one day before the scheduled event. makes printing the ticket difficult while traveling. the voucher is not accepted at the Louvre museum. highly recommend visiting if you have time. We started at the end of the museum, with the Mona Lisa, and worked our way backwards. it's better this way when the museum starts closing the end part of the museum after 5 pm.

We were unable to redeem our tickets successfully. We mistakenly purchased a 4-person package over a month ago. Klook stated that refunds were not possible, so the two of us decided to proceed with the trip. Subsequently, a third-party company, Cityzore, contacted us to provide participant names. We provided two names and reiterated the issue of having purchased the wrong package. The third-party company indicated they had not received any refund instructions from Klook and that "tickets will be ready." The day before the trip, Cityzore sent an email stating 'tickets can be downloaded.' Since neither Klook nor Cityzore staff had indicated any problems previously, we overlooked double-checking if all attachments in the email were complete. It wasn't until we arrived at the museum entrance that we discovered we had no valid tickets. After an hour of commotion at the entrance, we finally reached a Cityzore staff member. This staff member stated that our tickets had not been prepared because we had purchased a four-person ticket but only had two people. We accept that the mistake was purely due to our incorrect package purchase, but what is unreasonable is that neither Klook nor Cityzore pointed out any ticket issues over the course of more than a month, and repeatedly stated that tickets would be prepared. This oversight led us to firmly believe there would be no problem with our trip. However, we ultimately had to proactively contact them after our original reservation date to discover this issue, which significantly dampened our travel mood and wasted our valuable travel time. Ironically, the Cityzore staff member who contacted me that day was the same one who had previously emailed me, but in the end, he merely "responsibly" refunded the money without offering any solutions.
