I should have done more research and read the other bad reviews on this company. We paid so much thinking we would enjoy a private tour with an experienced guide. First of all, he confirmed prior to the tour that he would be our guide during the visit to Dachau. But he had no experience nor knowledge of the place. He wasted our time and money. He arrived late and ended the tour early because he could not provide any other service other than driving the van which was smelly.
