Admission Rules

• All attendees must present a valid electronic QR code ticket generated by Klook. Physical tickets will not be accepted.
• No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted after successful online registration (including date, session, ticket type, or selected activities).
• To protect your rights, please avoid purchasing tickets from unauthorized resellers. The Organizer reserves the right to void such tickets.
• Each ticket admits one person only. Pets are not permitted. Violators will be required to leave the venue.
• Single entry per ticket. Re-entry is not allowed.
• Free admission for children aged 3 or under. Children aged 8 or under must purchase a child ticket.
• Programs and activities are subject to change without prior notice.
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or eject attendees who violate event rules.
• All arrangements are subject to the latest announcements on the official event website.
• The Company's decisions are final.
• Terms may be revised periodically without prior notice.
• Tickets include designated Green Tokens for food redemption and workshop participation.
• Additional Green Tokens can be purchased on-site (HK$20 each) via Octopus/AlipayHK/WeChat Pay/VISA/MASTER.

Event Arrangements and Rules

• Participants aged 8 or below must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the Event. They may join the selected "Green Workshops" or "Green Wild Cooking" with the accompanying adult.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations.
• Participants may use activity tokens to redeem designated food items and/or workshop participation slots. All slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until fully booked. Additionally, participants may join free activities (as indicated on-site) unlimited times.
• When purchasing tickets on Klook, if the "Green Workshops" add-on is selected, the specific workshop must be chosen. On-site changes will not be accepted.
• "Green Workshops" will commence on time. Participants are advised to arrive 5 minutes early. Latecomers will be accommodated subject to on-site availability.
• Please adhere to all event rules and regulations, including check-in times and activity procedures. For any inquiries, please consult the on-site staff.
• "Green Music" sessions are non-reserved seating. All seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Organizer has purchased public liability insurance but does not provide personal accident coverage. Participants are advised to purchase personal accident insurance or other suitable insurance as needed.
• Participants understand and agree that the Event is voluntary. They assume all risks and responsibilities and waive any right to claim compensation from the Company or event planners for any injuries, accidents, fatalities, or losses incurred during transit to/from the Event, during the Event, or due to other causes.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel event details.

Venue Rules

• Respect Others: Please respect other participants, staff, and event facilities. Any form of discrimination, bullying, or impolite behavior is prohibited.
• Keep Clean: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the event venue. Dispose of trash properly and avoid littering or damaging public facilities.
• Follow Instructions: Comply with instructions and regulations provided by the staff. In case of an emergency or need for assistance, seek help from staff immediately.
• Safety First: Prioritize personal and others' safety. Adhere to safety rules and precautions when using event facilities to prevent accidents.
• Prohibited Items: Dangerous items, including weapons, flammable materials, etc., are strictly prohibited. If found, authorities will be notified immediately.
• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited within the event venue to maintain air quality and protect others' health.
• Protect the Environment: Preserve the environment by refraining from damaging trees, plants, flowers, or other natural resources. Do not pick or harm plants within the venue.

Adverse Weather Arrangements

• If the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning at or after 11:59 PM on October 17, 2025 (the day before the Event), the Event will be canceled and postponed.
• If weather deteriorates or the above warnings are issued during the Event (October 18 to 19, 2025), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event immediately. Please follow instructions from on-site staff.

Transportation Arrangements

• Complimentary shuttles will run every 15 minutes (10:30 AM-5:45 PM) between Kam Sheung Road MTR Station and venue.
• Additional shuttle details will be announced later, monitor official website and Facebook (@GreenHolidays) for updates .
• Limited parking available via Klook reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• The Organizer may postpone/cancel due to: • Severe weather • Natural disasters • Government restrictions • Force majeure events
• Postponement with no refund if canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances before October 17, 2025.
• On-site cancellations will be announced through official channels.
• All changes will be posted on the event website.
• The Organizer retains full discretion regarding event changes.
