The performance of alcohols is canceled without notification, and there are only 2 kind of drink for choice. Because I get there by myself, the service feel sorry about the missing of performance and told me he would chat with me later. However, he just disappeared after the promise. The ticket only cover 2 bottles of wine, and no deserts, you have to pay more if you want meals. Finally, they didn’t scan my ticket and charged me full price, which makes me wait there 30 minutes more for refund. I can’t believe there are nothing pay back for such horrible experience. I decided to avoid attending any related activity there as they even don’t value their customers and hold the believe to get as much money as they can policy to treat guests.
