Traveling during peak seasons such as weekends and holidays in Japan (especially around the Bon Festival from August 13th to 16th) is prone to traffic jams, and some attractions may close early. • We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests, but since this is a shared ride tour, seat allocation is mainly based on the principle of first come, first served. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. • Please be aware that since this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling with you in the same car, please understand.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people required for the group, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 1 day before departure.
• In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) whether to cancel the tour, and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring your own warm clothes (if needed).

• The company will not provide refunds for tourists who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will have to bear the corresponding losses yourself. • If children under 3 years old need to occupy a seat, please purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult, and needs to be noted.
• Children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free, but need to be noted, if not noted, it cannot be arranged. Vehicle used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people travel, the driver and accompanying staff will provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be dispatched. Please be aware.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves, and the itinerary will not be terminated or refunded as a result. Please be aware.
• Because there are many people during the flower season/autumn leaves season, there is a possibility of serious traffic jams, it is recommended to bring your own light meals.
• The flowering period or autumn leaves period will be slightly earlier or later depending on the weather conditions. After the itinerary is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/autumn red conditions. Please be aware.
