Review for: Tbilisi UNESCO Mtskheta and Samtavro Small Group Tour

I booked in English, but when I boarded the bus, there seemed to be some confusion. Without any prior explanation, I was put on a Russian-speaking bus. About 15 other passengers were Russian, and naturally, all explanations on the bus were only in Russian. When I called to inquire, I was told this was common and that explanations were provided bilingually, but that was not the case. At the destination, after the guide explained things to the Russian passengers, they met with me individually and explained everything in English. Although they seemed busy, they did their best. There was no prior explanation or apology; I was simply told it was a common occurrence, which I found unsatisfactory. However, the places I visited were all beautiful, and I am satisfied with that aspect.
