the confirmation was very quick, the local tour will WhatsApp you about the trip confirmation. you can change your departure time and schedule before 6pm the day before. the driver was professional. he is Japanese and doesn’t speak English but we had no problem communicating with him using Google translation app.

This was my first time using KLOOK's chartered car service, and the experience was good. The vehicle was clean. Although there were some language communication barriers, the driver diligently completed the arrangements for all locations.

The rental car company contacted me a week in advance to discuss the destination, so as soon as I got in the car, we set off for the attractions. It was very easy to find the car after getting off the cruise ship, so there was no need to worry about finding it. The vehicle was comfortable. It was really convenient. This was a private car booking from Klook, and the overall experience was excellent. From clearing customs to all the day's activities, the driver was very enthusiastic. We visited Kabira Bay, the lighthouse, and the stalactite cave.

Fantastic tour. we were visiting Ishigaki by cruise and the company helped us arrange our own itinerary for a 5 hour tour. The communication was brilliant throughout and the driver and car on the day great! driver knew exactly where to go and so no language barriers. 5* experience. would absolutely recommend.

The chartered car driver spoke Japanese but was very friendly and kept trying to introduce Kabira Bay and the scenery along the way in Japanese. In the end, there was a 15-minute overtime charge, for which I had to pay for half an hour. The driver had a credit card machine, so I could pay with a card. I used my Suica card to pay, so I didn't have to pay cash.

The Chinese LINE customer service is very professional and responds to questions promptly. Mr. Momohara, our Japanese driver, was very kind and introduced us to a lot of the local culture and customs on Ishigaki Island. He drove very smoothly and flexibly adjusted the itinerary to meet our needs. I highly recommend him as an excellent driver.
