“When the autumn wind rises, it's time to have cured food.” From 10 November 2025 to 28 February 2026, The Grand Buffet (Hong Kong) proudly reunites with Hong Kong’s century-old heritage brand “Kam Kook Yuen”—a cured meat maker that insists on premium ingredients, zero preservatives, and traditional handmade craftsmanship. Following last year’s popular collaboration, this year we exclusively secure “Nam An Cured Duck”, joining hands with sincerity and artistry to bring classic lap cheong from the family dinner table to the restaurant stage. Blending modern techniques, we revive timeless flavors for a new generation.
Limited signature menu includes: Steamed Glutinous Rice Action Station, Steamed Glutinous Rice Roll with Chinese Sausage, Steamed Turnip cake with Chinese Cured Meat, Steamed Yellow Chicken with Chinese Sausage in Lotus Leaf, Chinese Cured Meat Fried Rice with XO Sauce, Egg Puff with Chinese Cured Meat, Portuguese Egg Tart with Chinese Sausage and more.
