• The meeting time and location, guide information, and license plate number for the next day's itinerary will be sent to you by email by 21:00 Japan time the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first, and if it is not there, please contact us promptly! If you receive multiple emails, the latest one received shall prevail.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For any additional luggage, you can pay the driver 2000 Japanese Yen/piece on the spot. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Driver-cum-guide service: Exquisite small groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: Bus tours for 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day. The driver-cum-guide mainly focuses on driving, with explanation as a secondary function.
• Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on daily traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide reserves the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site. Please understand that no refunds will be issued for these reasons.
• As the day trip is a carpooling service, late arrivals at the meeting point or attractions will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be given.
• The vehicle model will be adjusted based on the number of people in the group on that day.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
