Japan's Traffic Festival Debuts in Taiwan, Mini Cars × Railway Kingdom, Creating Children's Dream Transportation World!
The popular brand event "TOMICA & PLARAIL Traffic Festival" from Japan is moving overseas for the first time!
From the mini cars familiar to children to the imaginative railway world, TOMICA and PLARAIL transform classic toys into large-scale transportation scenes, leading children and adults alike to explore, experience, and play together.
Walking into the exhibition area, you can closely admire various TOMICA mini cars and PLARAIL railway scenes, and experience the wonderful charm of racing mini cars, starting trains, and city operations. At the same time, rich interactive experiences are planned so that children can not only "view the exhibition", but also operate and participate personally, creating their own transportation stories.
Mini cars depart, railways start, and dreams begin here!

★ Ticket Notes
- Each ticket admits 1 person. For safety, a ticket holder may bring 1 child under the age of 3 free of charge (identification must be shown). Each ticket is valid for single use only and cannot be reused.
- For pre-sale festival package tickets, please first redeem them for festival tickets at the on-site ticket booth during the exhibition period (2026/12/17-2027/3/01), and then complete ticket verification at the entrance to enter.
- This ticket is a paid ticket. Please keep it safe properly. If it becomes unrecognizable due to loss, damage, punching, alteration, defacement, photocopying, tearing, or other reasons, it will be deemed invalid, and no replacement, refund, or reissue will be accepted.
- The validity period of this ticket is within the exhibition's operating period (until 2027/3/01). Overdue tickets will be considered void. Refund and exchange requests must be processed at the original ticketing channel before 2027/3/01, and overdue requests will not be accepted. Please refer to the refund regulations of each channel for refund and exchange procedures.
- Refunds are only available on-site for tickets sold at the exhibition's on-site ticket booth. Complete, unused tickets and purchase proofs (such as invoices, credit card receipts, etc.) must be attached.
- Visitors who meet discount qualifications (concession tickets, disability care tickets) cannot request partial refunds or make up the difference in ticket prices after entering with their tickets. To allow staff members to clearly identify them, necessary companions of persons with disabilities must closely accompany the person with disabilities upon entry.
- For all purchased package tickets, please note that the contents of the package must be complete, unopened, and unused in order to process a refund as a complete set. Please check and follow the refund policy instructions of each ticketing channel.
- For any matters not covered above, please refer to the official TOMICA & PLARAIL Traffic Festival FB announcement. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
★ Admission Notes
- Exhibition period: 2026/12/17-2027/3/01.
- Luggage storage services are not provided inside the exhibition venue, and we are not responsible for personal property losses. Please properly look after your personal belongings and valuables.
- Photography is permitted in this exhibition, except for certain exhibition areas where photography and filming are not allowed; please follow on-site notices. To maintain the viewing quality, the use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, telephoto lenses, and stabilizers is prohibited throughout the area. Unauthorized commercial photography or interviewing is strictly prohibited.
- To maintain the quality of the exhibition visit and smooth crowd flow, strollers are not allowed to enter the exhibition venue. Please park strollers in designated areas before entry, or carry infants using baby carriers instead. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Please follow the visiting routes, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. In case of large crowds, crowd control measures will be implemented; please queue and wait in order.
- Playing, running, and eating are prohibited inside the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food or drinks inside. Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nut are prohibited. Peddling or reselling tickets/goods on-site is prohibited. Anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior who fails to comply after being advised must leave immediately without objection, and ticket fees will not be compensated or refunded.
- Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous items or contraband are prohibited inside the exhibition venue. Hitting, touching exhibits, display cases, equipment, and merchandise is prohibited inside the venue. Any damage must be compensated at full price.
- Fixed-post staff are stationed throughout the exhibition venue to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
- Re-entry is not permitted after leaving, but visitors using the restroom may get a re-entry stamp at the exhibition exit and re-queue at the entrance to re-enter, provided it is within the exhibition's operating hours of the same day.
- To maintain viewing quality and safety, when the number of visitors in the exhibition reaches the upper limit, crowd control will be implemented, and the ticket office will temporarily suspend ticket sales. Please cooperate with staff instructions and wait in order at the entrance for admission.

You have to draw a number plate when you arrive at the site (it is recommended to draw first and then go to have lunch). Remember to scan the link to see if your number has arrived. The exhibition hall is actually quite small. There is a vending machine at the back that requires queuing. We queued for 1 hour to buy a glowing car. In fact, you don’t have to queue because you will pass by the vending shop when you leave. If you want to save time, just go directly to the last shop to buy it. It is worthwhile for people who like Tomica to go in. In the game area on the second floor, we chose the painted car at the end, but it requires 6 points, but you can paint your own exclusive car, which is quite worth it😃

My sister loves cars so much! She bought five at the exhibition. Besides the display of car models from the past 55 years, the exhibition had many interactive games on the second floor that even adults enjoyed. The most special thing was the 55th-anniversary limited edition white painted car, where kids could doodle on the car, and their artwork would come to life on the projection screen and participate in a car race. My sister had a blast!

definitely visit during weekdays. crowd was alright. just a little disappointed that some of the Taiwan exclusives were already sold out. great place for people who loves tomica and collects them. you get to see some collections and buy more to bring home. 2nd floor has activities suitable for children. you can buy tickets to play. most games requires 3 tickets but guarantees a tomica. only difference is if you win, you get a limited edition version. if you don’t, you get a normal one as consolation.

The expo is small but well-organized. I went on a Saturday, so it was very crowded. There were quite a few mini-games that you play with points. Even if you don't win, there's a consolation prize of a toy car, which the kids enjoyed. Some of the special car models were expo versions, which was great. However, the really popular car models in Taiwan required waiting in line for a number, making them very difficult to collect. The only downsides were that one of the "Assembly Factory" games was temporarily out of service, and the "Tomica Beam," which allowed you to activate the expo's exhibit equipment, sold out very early, missing out on a highlight.

It's too crowded, even with a queue number. It's difficult to take photos or carefully appreciate the exhibition, so I don't really understand the point of the queue number system. Also, there were no assembly activities.

Pre-ordering Tomica Expo tickets includes bonus game points, but unfortunately, Klook didn't offer the 55th-anniversary commemorative car combo. This time, the kids had a blast playing in the toy area at the expo and we bought a bunch of Tomica cars to take home. Buying tickets online is really convenient.
