The meeting point was inaccurate and didn’t match the one shown on Klook. Luckily, we went to a nearby restaurant and the staff kindly called the bus company to pick us up from there, which was actually right in front of the Klook location pin. They mentioned that many travelers also make the same mistake with the pickup point. No blankets were provided, and the bus felt old. When I traveled, there were only a few passengers—maybe just three of us in total.

Very comfortable travel conditions: air conditioning, sleeper seats, water, a tasty treat, curtains, a caring conductor, and a careful driver. Tickets are very easy to purchase through the service, and there's no need to look for cash. I liked everything.

We started our day confused and tired because there’s no one in the ping address. We came before 8am just to be sure. I decided to walk for around 10 mins to check hoping somebody can help me. Tired and frustrated, I decided to go back and waited until 9:15am. I also understand that it says in the booking that seats cannot be selected but there should be an option for this since some cannot go up. It’s just a sleeper bed and no pillow or blanket unlike the other sleeper bus that we tried from HCM to Muine. The USB cable only worked after 2 hours of travelling. I’m not sure if the drop off point was really in a gasoline station.

Compared to buying bus tickets with the local Vexere app, Klook is more convenient because of its Chinese interface. However, it doesn't allow you to select your preferred seats, so I prefer the extra hassle of using the local app to buy tickets.

We had Smooth journey from Dalat to Muine. Very nice luxury Sleeper bus Driver and assistant very good and easy to communicate.

Vietnam's bus fleet is simply wonderful: the most comfortable trips.

bus is pretty old and run down, they do not provide blankets so may be abit cold. but overall is an okay tide

The buses on this route are older. Everything else is fine.

The pick-up address in Mui Ne was outdated, the departure time was not adhered to at all, and the driver arbitrarily stopped wherever he wanted, which lengthened the travel time. Better service is required for passengers.
