• Use is not mandatory; please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies the space of 1.5 passengers, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Important Notes
• Strawberry picking is seasonal: Activity depends on farm availability; please reserve in advance.
• Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces.
• Overload Risk: If the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded, resulting in the inability to board, the cost will be borne by the customer.
• Vehicle Adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, a vehicle of the same class may be provided to ensure a comfortable trip.
• The 7-seater vehicle can accommodate up to 6 people, but if there are 6 larger individuals, it is recommended to choose a 10-seater vehicle to ensure comfortable seating and sufficient luggage space. Important Notes
• This vehicle can only be driven within 300 km of the departure hotel (if the itinerary is not in the same area, such as Kawagoe + Chiba area, an inter-regional service fee will be charged).
• The total duration of the chartered service is 10 hours, or 8 hours for pick-ups/drop-offs in different locations. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. We recommend planning your departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays due to traffic jams, etc.), overtime charges will apply: Vehicles with 10 seats or less: 5,000 JPY per hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: 10,000 JPY per hour of overtime
• Departure time can be arranged according to passenger needs.
• Please note: The driver will only speak Chinese or Japanese, or can correspond in English using translation software.
• The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the vehicle is used), please pay attention.
• Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
• Pick-up and drop-off points are in hotels or 民宿 within the 23 wards of Tokyo (for pick-up and drop-off in other locations, allow the driver extra driving time or additional fees may apply).
• Haneda Airport and hotels in the Disney area are not within the Tokyo city area and are not within the pick-up and drop-off range, and additional fees will be charged (5,000-10,000 JPY one way).
