• The tour guide will contact guests by phone or SMS around 18:00-20:00 the day before departure. If the tour guide has not contacted you by 22:00, please contact our staff in time. Public holidays may be appropriately delayed, please understand. Please be sure to arrive on time, otherwise, to avoid delaying other guests' itineraries, we will depart on time and refuse to wait. If you do not arrive on time due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the full loss.
• Pick-up area for out-of-town guests: South of the North Third Ring Road, west of Zhongzhou Avenue, north of the South Third Ring Road, and east of the West Third Ring Road. Guests can get on and off the bus at the nearest location along the way. Meeting points: 06:40 at Fucheng No. 8 Hotel at the train station, 07:20 at Zijingshan Department Store, 07:40 at the Youth Palace. The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately 1 day in advance. Please keep your communication channels open and be sure to arrive on time on the day of the tour.
• Our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. In the event of delays or changes to the itinerary due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, our company will not be liable for any losses or responsibilities arising therefrom, and any costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
• This package is a group tour for individual travelers. The vehicles will depart at a set time, so please understand if there is a wait during assembly.
• If a tourist voluntarily abandons the tour or leaves the group without authorization for personal reasons, it will be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist. The expenses that have not occurred will not be refunded. The tourist shall be responsible for all consequences after leaving the group, and the travel agency shall not be liable.
• If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to force majeure, the unused fees will be refunded, and any additional costs will be borne by the traveler.
• Please board the vehicle with the actual number of people registered for the tour. If you bring extra children without prior registration, resulting in overloading, you will be responsible for any losses incurred.
• Return times are not guaranteed, and the duration of the trip is for reference only. During peak tourist seasons, the scenic area may experience occasional congestion. Guests who need to catch a train/high-speed train/plane for their return journey should inform us in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Each scenic area has a shopping area, which is a basic commercial facility for the scenic area and is not a designated shopping store by travel agencies. Please carefully identify, choose cautiously, and consume rationally. If consumer rights are infringed upon, our company will assist you in handling relevant matters, but will not assume any relevant responsibilities.
• Our company is not liable for economic losses caused to tourists due to trip delays caused by force majeure (such as: road congestion, crowded peak seasons, natural disasters, etc.) and reasons that are not the fault of the travel agency.
