• The pick-up point is for reference only. The specific meeting time is subject to the tour guide's notification. Please gather on time at the notified time and place. As this is a group tour with individual travelers, there may be issues with waiting for people or vehicles. Please gather on time according to the tour guide's notification. If you are late, please go to the next pick-up point on your own. Please also understand if the vehicle is late due to traffic jams or late arrivals of tourists.
• For complaints arising from itinerary discrepancies, tour guide service quality, or other issues, we kindly ask tourists to call the travel agency on the day of the tour to resolve the matter, or to fill out a feedback form. The travel agency will not handle cases where the feedback form is not filled out or where the complaint lacks a basis.
• The tour ends at either the Hankou Jiangtan or Hankou Railway Station. Drop-off service to Hongshan Square or Wuchang Railway Station is not provided.
• Please note that all children participating in the tour must occupy a seat (as stipulated by traffic laws). If a seat is not reserved at the time of registration, we reserve the right to refuse boarding to those not occupying a seat (including children). To avoid inconvenience due to group tours, please consciously pay the child seat fee.
• Visitors, please be sure to pay attention to your own safety and carry your valuables with you! ! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to improper personal care.
• Travelers must bring valid identification documents with them. If the failure to carry valid identification documents results in losses such as the inability to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit tourist attractions, the traveler shall bear the responsibility for such losses.
• Tourists must ensure they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to the tourist's ill health.
• Travel agencies do not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for consequences arising from tourists acting on their own.
• If a tourist leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway through the trip for their own reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic abandonment. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the tourist will be responsible for any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
• Our company reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. In the event of delays or changes to the itinerary due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, our company is not liable for any losses or liabilities incurred as a result, and any costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
• The times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only and are subject to the actual tour conditions of the day. Please be aware and understand that the itinerary is subject to changes and adjustments due to factors such as climate, road conditions, holidays, traffic arrival and departure times, scenic spot queues and controls, tourists themselves, and force majeure.
• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately one day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time, otherwise, to avoid delaying the itineraries of other guests, we will depart promptly at the scheduled time and will not wait. If you do not arrive on time due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the full loss.
• Within 24 hours after placing the order, customer service will add your contact information; 1 day before departure and before 6 PM, a tour notification or staff WeChat QR code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Customer service and staff will proactively contact you. Please submit your identification photos promptly to facilitate itinerary arrangements. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Meeting time and locations: 7:20 Hankou Station, 8:10 Wuchang Station, 8:30 Hongshan Square Subway Station, 9:00 Yellow Crane Tower East Gate Parking Entrance. Staff will proactively contact you the day before your departure to confirm specific boarding information and注意事项. Please keep your phone accessible during this period to receive calls and notifications. Thank you for your cooperation!

Eligibility

• Children are defined as those under 1.2 meters in height.
• Children 1.2 meters tall and above are charged the same price as adults.
• Children do not need tickets; the price only includes transportation and tour guide fees, but not interpretation headsets. Please pay for any additional expenses yourself.
