Service Details

I. Process Rules:

• After booking, staff will contact you to confirm the shooting time. Please check your calls/emails.
• Shooting time is during the day (9:00-17:00). No shooting at night, which means fireworks cannot be captured.
• Shooting time is 1h/2h, excluding makeup.
• Photo shoot is for up to 4 people; an additional fee of 40/person will be charged for exceeding this number.

II. Final Product Delivery:

• All original photos will be provided as a gift by the next day at the latest (60-80 photos), and retouched photos will be delivered in about 10 days (6/12 photos).
• Each additional retouched photo costs 30 yuan.

III. Refund and Change Policy

• After booking, staff will contact you. Once the appointment is successful, it cannot be canceled.
• If you notify the staff more than 2 days in advance, you can reschedule once free of charge.

IV. Safety Instructions

• Book tickets in advance, bring your ID, and prepare for your trip.
• Shooting in dangerous areas is prohibited. Please take care of your valuables.
• Please arrive at the designated location at the agreed time. Please do not be late.
