- As this tour is a group tour, guests from other countries and speaking other languages may be traveling with you.
- Regarding seating arrangements, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests prone to motion sickness should arrive at the meeting point early.
- Regarding guide arrangements: We provide driver-guide services (for small, exclusive groups of 1-13 people, the driver acts as both driver and guide, and the driver does not leave the vehicle to accompany the group; for bus tours of 14-49 people, a separate tour guide is provided. Actual arrangements will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of the tour).
- Regarding luggage arrangements: If you wish to bring luggage, please note this in the special requests section. The luggage fee is JPY2000 per piece, payable in cash to the driver or guide on the day of the tour.
- Regarding meal arrangements: As the journey is long, we recommend bringing your own light snacks and water.
- The tour involves some walking, so please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. During peak travel seasons in Japan, including weekends, public holidays, and especially around the Bon Festival (August 13th-16th), traffic congestion is common, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. We recommend that you do not make dinner, flight, or Shinkansen reservations for the same day, and that you bring light snacks and a portable charger. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Please ensure that the contact app you provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance.
- We will send vehicle and guide information for the next day's trip to your email address by 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).
- To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you.
- Reference Vehicles: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater: Mini Bus; 22 seater or more: Large Bus. The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of the tour.
- The minimum group size is 4 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified of the cancellation by email 4 days prior to the departure date.
- In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made by 6:00 PM (local time) 1 day prior to departure as to whether the tour will be canceled. You will be notified by email thereafter.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
- The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening of the tour. We apologize for any delays.
- Our company is not responsible for and cannot offer refunds or rescheduling due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors that prevent participation in the tour or result in poor-quality photos. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that the itinerary or duration of visits to attractions may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors.
- The company will not provide refunds to customers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be joined mid-way or be transferred to another departure, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. - Children aged 3 and under who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and this must be noted in the booking.
- Vehicle type: Vehicle allocation depends on the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will be assigned to provide full tour services, and a tour leader will not be assigned separately.
- This day trip does not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accident or unforeseen factors. Thank you
