Hiroshima & Miyajima Day Tour from Hiroshima, Kyoto or Osaka

tour not cheap but worth the cost, the guide was full of anecdotes and stories, the times well calculated and we were able to go to the Daishoin temple in Miyajima. The transportation with the charter bus was very comfortable allowing not to get too tired. the part in Hiroshima treated with the right seriousness. everything very well organized!

Wasn't sure about booking this trip but so glad we did. Our guide and driver were both amazing all day. Our guide was very informative and made personal connections with all of us on the trip. She knew facts about almost anything Hiroshima related and was constantly telling us stories and explaining everything in detail to us. Was very hassle free all day and although it was a weekend it didn't feel that busy. Miyajima was beautiful just wish we could have pasued time to spend more time there but 2hrs was enough to get a feel for the place. The peace park and museum were very eye opening and emotional. Our guide had already given us lots of facts but seeing it in pictures was very sad. Would recommend this trip to anyone on a tight time line and only have 1 day to explore the area.

our tour guide Yoshi was just excellent at explaining the history of Hiroshima as she guided us across many scenic areas. Migajima island is a must visit when in Hiroshima. we truly enjoyed it and highly recommend for all ages

It was a great experience with Kloock as always. The tour was well organised.Guide Mako was fluent in English and kept on feeding the info about various sightseeing points and history of Japan.Best way to see Hiroshima and Miyajima.

Enjoyed trip a lot. everything including bullet train tickets was planned and coordinated well by the tour agency. very well taken care during whole trip. guide was very much informative and could manage time very well to finish every thing well in time.

Our tour guide, Jun, is a sweet lady from Hiroshima with many interesting stories and food recommendations to share. The tour was well paced and a good mix of sightseeing and learning about the history of Hiroshima — both the Miyajima Island and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park were really worth visiting. We also got handmade origamis from our lovely driver Yamamoto-san.

It was a great experience for us. Tour guide is accommodating and explained everything in details. Enjoyed the ferry ride going to the island . We were able to see a part of history which we only read in books.

it is a good experience and everything goes well with the tour. this is just a brief overview tour. You can only spend a limited time in the island. you can’t walk around the whole place unless you spend almost half a day. as for the museum tour, I wish it could be extended at least half hour as so many stories to read and things to see. I suggest you be selective and don’t forget to see the “rebuilding “ part of the story. If the guide can give a brief idea about what to see at the museum will be great.

the tour is very good, Miyajiyama was an awesome experience and the island is beautiful. The peace memorial and museum showed impact of the necular weapons on Hiroshima was very sad to see

Our tour guide Mari San was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. The itinerary whilst busy, still allowed for ample time on Mijayima. The time at the Peace Park was a little rushed as we didn’t get enough time at the museum. Would still highly recommend this tour.
