- This itinerary is for reference only. In the event of force majeure (such as strong winds or snow) causing the large cable car to stop running or being unavailable during certain time slots, we will flexibly adjust the cable car time. If the Spruce Meadow Small Cable Car is used instead, the guide will refund the cable car price difference of 80 RMB/person on the spot. If all cable cars are suspended, a cable car fee of 120 RMB/person will be refunded on the spot. Additionally, due to the large volume of people, there may be long waiting times, which we hope you understand.
- The driver/guide will allocate the sightseeing time and order of visits based on the cable car schedule without reducing the number of attractions.
- Tourists must pay attention to their own safety and carry valuables with them! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not responsible for any losses due to improper personal safekeeping.
- You must bring your valid ID with you when you depart. If you are unable to board the plane, take the train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to not carrying a valid ID, you will be responsible for the losses.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend that tourists participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences of tourists acting without authorization.
- If a tourist voluntarily leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the tourist will be responsible for any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
