• The operator will do its best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a carpool tour, seat allocation is mainly based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the remarks, and the operator will do its best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.
• As the journey is long, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather, and the time is only an estimate. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. The operator will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays due to the aforementioned reasons.
• During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time may be earlier or slightly delayed. The specific departure time is subject to the email notification the day before departure. Please be prepared in advance.
• Please be sure to arrive at the meeting location or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and any accidental expenses and responsibilities incurred due to lateness will be borne by you.
• In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure, the park may adjust the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, or even cancel the operation and performance of some items. Thank you for your understanding.

• During group tours, it is not possible to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted part will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no fees will be refunded. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group.
• Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scenery sightseeing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to the official notification. If no official notice of cancellation is received, the operator will arrange according to the original plan. No refunds will be given if the flowering period or special activities do not meet expectations.
