  • This tour route involves high-altitude areas in Tibetan regions, and is not suitable for children under 5 years old; pregnant women and infants, patients with diseases of the heart, lungs, brain, and blood systems, and elderly people over 70 years old should consult their doctor before traveling, be cautious when traveling, and decide whether to travel according to their physical condition.
  • Traveling in high-altitude areas has certain dangers and unpredictable factors. All participants are deemed to have full civil capacity and be in good health, and are aware of the risks of high-altitude tourism. Travelers should not have underlying conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease. Our company will not be liable for any compensation caused by altitude sickness.
  • This route has no shopping arrangements, and the tour leader or driver will not make any shopping recommendations. During free time, if members do not want to buy anything, do not haggle with locals or linger too long. If members voluntarily shop, please check the quality of the products yourself. If you reach a transaction intention after bargaining, please purchase the item. If you haggle and then regret not buying, it can easily cause trouble. You will be responsible for any contradictions and conflicts that arise as a result.
  • If there are no members who need special care, seats will be rotated one by one.
  • The hotels listed in the itinerary will be arranged by our room allocation staff according to the room availability at each stage. Tourists/tour operators cannot unilaterally specify rooms. If the preferred hotel is fully booked, alternative hotels will be arranged. In special circumstances such as peak season, due to tight room availability, hotels of the same level will be arranged. Hotel arrangements are for two people per room, and room types cannot be specified. If there are single men or women in the group without affecting the total number of rooms, our company will arrange for guests of the same gender to share a room or share a room with the tour leader, or arrange a triple room. If the guest insists on having a single room, the guest must pay the single room surcharge directly to the hotel front desk (the specific amount is subject to the hotel front desk charge). Conditions in Tibetan areas are limited, and accommodation standards cannot be compared with those in cities. For environmental protection, it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. When entering the room, check the room supplies. If any supplies are missing, please notify the service staff immediately. Please take care of the items in the room as required by the hotel. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the hotel's regulations before checking out.
  • Without reducing the main attractions, the tour leader has the right to adjust the order of visiting attractions according to factors such as weather, flights, traffic, season, and peak season crowds.
  • If some attractions encounter unexpected accidents, rest, closed for maintenance, or other objective reasons, or if unexpected situations occur, the tour leader will provide a plan to change the itinerary and try to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. The change plan will be decided by a vote of all members, with the minority obeying the majority. The tour time will be adjusted according to the actual situation or the relevant ticket fees will be refunded. The costs exceeding the change will be borne by the tourist.
  • Traveling in the Western Sichuan Tibetan area involves many things that you cannot understand or tolerate in prosperous cities: In terms of hardware, there are problems with water, electricity, and transportation. Sudden water and power outages occur frequently, and temporary traffic controls often catch us off guard. Please be mentally prepared. Due to the less-than-ideal traffic conditions in high-altitude areas, natural disasters such as landslides, landslides, and mudslides may occasionally occur, which may cause traffic jams and delays. Therefore, it is recommended that friends from other provinces try to buy air tickets or train tickets leaving the next day.
  • Guests are not allowed to leave the group at will. If they are forced to leave the group, they must sign a disclaimer. Guests are responsible for any personal safety or property losses that occur during the period of leaving the group.
