Eligibility
- Ages 19 (inclusive) to 59 (inclusive) years old (age calculated by birth date, based on the date of travel); height above 140cm (exclusive); must meet all of the above conditions simultaneously. Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, mental illness, disabilities, pregnant women, those with a fear of heights, intoxicated individuals, and those with other adverse reactions are prohibited from participating in the experience. Before participating in any experience within the scenic area, visitors should carefully read the experience instructions posted by the scenic area and strictly abide by them.
Booking limitations
- One purchase per valid ID, per usage date.
- To ensure successful order submission, please note that ticket purchases are restricted across all platforms. Avoid using the same personal information for multiple purchases.
Additional information
- If using a national ID card for park entry, please present the valid national ID card of each traveler as registered during the order placement. (Note: If you used a passport/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents when placing the order, you must present your valid document at the manual ticket window of the scenic area to collect your ticket before entry.)
- For order issues, or if you are using a social security card, driver's license, or an ID card that has been demagnetized, please exchange your ticket at the West Gate or South Gate ticket windows.
- Both online bookings and on-site ticket purchases require real-name registration (one ticket per person with valid ID). Please be sure to bring your valid personal identification.
- Please keep your ticket stub safe after collection, as it will be checked when taking shuttle buses up and down the mountain within the park. Lost tickets will not be reissued and are only valid for the day of visit.
- Pets are strictly prohibited inside the park, and the park does not provide pet care services.
- Visitors must take good care of their personal belongings and are strictly prohibited from deliberately shaking, fighting, playing, or throwing items on the suspension bridge.
- Experience unavailable during thunderstorms, typhoons, and equipment maintenance.

Fantastic 5.0
The park is pleasant; in my opinion, it's better than the similar Phoenix Park. The suspension bridge is simple, and the glass section is partially under renovation. The descent down the glass river is also under renovation. It's like everything on the island—there's a sense of decay everywhere. Many shuttles pass by, so we hardly had to wait between locations.
