it was fun activity after a hike. the hot water soothes the body ache from the hike. the pools and shower area are clean. the staff are nice and helpful.
The Polynesian Spa in Rotorua was a truly wonderful experience. There is a private pool and in the pavilion you can access 7 different pools. There is also a 1.3 metre deep pool, so you can have an amazing experience swimming in warm water.
We had such a wonderful time at this hot spring. The atmosphere was peaceful, the water temperature was just right, and the surroundings made the experience even more special. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
A spa with a variety of hot springs and an excellent surrounding environment. The parking lot is spacious and there is a water fountain. However, it is a bit noisy because there are many Chinese people.
Very nice, great after a long day of walking. Was somewhat quite at around 9pm and Deluxe area is less crowded than the family area. Deluxe entry included everything I needed (towel, locker, shampoo, body wash and hair dryer. Would recommend
