There was no water in the falls but the experience was superb from the biking and kayaking. There’s a convoy that will make sure you make it to all the uphill during the bike ride in case you feel like giving up. Our guide, Tom, was the best!!! He was very helpful and accommodating! He speaks english well too!!!
Itinerary was changed day before the booked date. Agent claimed that the road for biking is not good, so they cut the biking leg. Also claimed that price has increased but Klook didn’t update the price. Kayaking was rushed and the guide was way ahead. We felt rushed to keep up & not able to enjoy the experience. Whole trip was only 9:30am - 2:30pm.
Tour operator tried to extract more money from us for this tour 2 hours prior to the tour commencing (due to start at 9am) . Then just before the tour cancelled it. I tried twice to get assistance from klook but each time klook failed to deliver. The operator offered us another tour which was not in anyway suitable and extremely expensive. We feel badly let down by the operator and klook and ripped off. .
