Good to know
- The tour is available in English and German, or both languages combined. For guests arriving on MSC or COSTA Cruises, guiding can also be provided also in Italian
- Vessels at Lake Melissani are 12-man rowboats with rower. Passengers may experience crowds while boarding the boats during the high Season of July & August
- The boat ride, spanning approximately 10-15 minutes, includes entry to the cave, the duration of which depends on the number of visitors in the queue
- Visitors are not permitted to swim in the Lake, in order to preserve the natural environment and protect the site
- We recommend that you bring sun cream, a sun hat, and bottled water with you, as at times it can get extremely hot.
- Please wear comfortable footwear for this excursion as it involves some walking on uneven ground. Water shoes for the beach is nessesary
- Please be aware that the part for the tour, including swimming at Myrtos Beach, may be subject to change due to weather conditions or the opening and closure of the beach facilities. In the event of unfavorable weather or if the beach facilities are closed, we may modify or replace this part of the tour for your safety and comfort.
