Cappadocia: Best of Red and Green Small Group Guided Tour

This was a perfect trip. We departed from the hotel at 10 am, visited Cappadocia's spectacular landscapes, underground cities, and traditional pottery, and returned to the hotel at 3 pm. Our guide, Rabia, knew the itinerary perfectly, fluently recounted Cappadocia's history and culture, and was considerate of everyone's feelings. I must give this trip a thumbs up, although some attractions only had about 20 minutes allotted.

It was smooth, exciting, with the right amount of time to spend, as well as some given free time to explore the sites. The attractions are close together, which made the rides enjoyable. I liked that it wasn't a big group. My tour guide, Rabía, is great, professional, informative, and she always checked on us. I really appreciated her. The buffet-style lunch was fresh and tasty. Just one thing was out of the itinerary written here: we had a quick stop for a complimentary Turkish food and coffee tasting session at a store, which I didn't mind because I didn't feel any pressure to shop. It was lovely that they offered you a deal after the tasting and prior to your browsing at the store. The customer service team of this tour was good as well, and the response time was reasonably quick. I was very satisfied with this small group tour of the Red and Green Lines! We were able to see all of Cappadocia's classic landmarks in one day. Our female guide was professional and knowledgeable, and the quality of the small group was excellent. The pickup and drop-off service was also very reassuring, and transportation was punctual! The included lunch was authentic and delicious. This is definitely the top choice for anyone looking to save time and see the essential sights!

I really enjoyed this tour! The hospitality was on another level compared to most places in Turkey. Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and facts of his hometown, and you can truly feel his passion for it. Our driver made sure we arrive on time and there was no rush, so that was a plus!The sights were absolutely breathtaking, and the lunch was very delicious. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be for the local tourist area to be kept cleaner…there was quite a bit of trash, which is sad and takes away from the beautiful scenery. This has nothing to do with our tour though; our tour itself was fantastic! Highly recommended!

This tour covered so much of Cappadocia; it was packed with highlights! During the tour, we visited a pottery shop and a jewelry store, and I recommend finding the exit quickly at those places, haha.

This tour followed a hot air balloon experience and breakfast at the hotel. It was packed with activities from the 9:30 AM pickup until 6:00 PM. Our guide, Jacob, was friendly and shared all the charm of Cappadocia with us. It was excellent.

This time, I was really torn between choosing the green or red tour, but in the end, participating in a tour that combined the best of both was absolutely the right decision. Even in mid-June, the sun is strong, and there's no shade, so a hat, sunglasses, and a parasol are essential. Since time was limited, I appreciated being able to visit key sights efficiently without wasting time. What made it particularly great was our tour guide, Jacob, who spoke in clear English and shared his own experiences. If I had done a little research on the geography beforehand, I would have enjoyed the English tour even more without any issues, so I recommend doing some preparation. I usually associate tours with being rushed, but since there were only six of us, we quickly gathered at each location, which meant no wasted time and a relaxed pace that was just right. For lunch, the buffet-style Turkish dishes, including soup and dessert, were all delicious. Drinks are ordered separately, so I recommend bringing your own water. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning wasn't very strong, making the car a bit warm. Overall, it was a very meaningful one-day tour. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who is undecided. Thank you!

If you're going to book a tour, this is definitely the one! It was the best tour with everything packed in ✨. I recommend checking the weather forecast carefully and booking on a sunny day. After a three-day trip, I realized that you should definitely participate in a tour when you come to Cappadocia! I toured Cappadocia for 3 days, and I participated in this Red & Green Tour on the 2nd day. Cappadocia has attractions scattered at distances that you cannot walk to, so it was really great that they took us to all of them by car. The lunch that came with it was a buffet where I could enjoy Turkish cuisine. At the tableware shop we stopped by, a Turkish person who could speak Japanese naturally came up to us, captured our hearts, and successfully got us to buy something ^ ^ I was also allowed to experience pottery making. (I was the chosen one!) The guide was very kind and understanding to us, even though our English was poor, and we were able to understand the nuances. The Taiwanese couple who toured with us were also very kind, and we had a great time taking pictures of each other and talking. We stayed at two hotels, and they separated the pick-up and drop-off hotels and carried our suitcases, which reduced the effort of moving, killing three birds with one stone! I was worried about participating in this tour because there was little information, but it was 100 out of 100! I hope this review will catch the eye of someone who is having trouble because they don't have enough information ✨.
