This is an amazing experience. Specially the guidance given by Nurlan with his expertise on Azerbaijan was very informative. He clarified all the questions we had on culture, politics, places to visit, etc while we were on the tour. Boat tour could be for more time as we felt that it was shorter compared to our previous rides at different destinations such as in Qatar, Singapore, etc.
The guide Nurlan was amazing and after the boat tour, he took me to the Nizami street and we had Gutab, the local food of Azerbaijan. Since, I was a solo traveller, he took my photos as well. He is a great photographer. 100 % recommended to everyone
Mohsun was very polite & helpful! Timely pickup from hotel. Since we wanted to spend sometime after cruise , he waited & dropped us back to the hotel. cruise was nice , neat & tidy. we bought business class ticket, tea was free but some food items could have been added. . rest all good

The agency, Brilliant Tours, cancelled the tour with 1 hour notice and did not refund the money also.... Ruslan confirmed that the money will be refunded, but neither he nor the company is reverting on the same.... it's a shame that customers are being fleeced by Brilliant Travels, Baku....
guide was good but the trip was not at all worth!! waste of money
Friday cruise got cancelled due to public holiday. Need it on coming Tuesday 16 nov.
