- Transfers between Yangon and Bagan are approximately 9-10 hours
- Infants aged 0-2 are free of charge, provided that they will sit on their parent's/guardian's lap
- Passengers may bring foldable baby strollers, provided that these will be stored inside the bottom compartment of the bus
- Children aged 3+ are required to purchase an adult ticket
- Child seats are not available for this transfer
- This transfer is not suitable for persons with walking disabilities

when first time receiving the voucher i doubt it because it does not come from the bus operator directly but from third party travel agent, and the name of bus that i got in voucher is not on the list mentioned in the klook menu.Thaks for Klook Support Carlos who has confirmed the details of bus operator to the travel agent. For those who want to use this, make sure what bus operators you get and make sure the details. The terminal is very huge.
This is very convenient! The bus is comfortable, there's enough leg room and seats can be reclined. We have tv onboard with movies and music and there's water, energy drink and some bread! There's also blankets if you get cold. Only downside is it's a little difficult to find the bus line because of the language barrier with the locals. Nonetheless, i am happy with my booking!

The only issue would be, you need to book your ticket reservation way ahead of time. We booked 3mos prior to our target date but we received our voucher a week before the travel date which can cause anxiety.

best bus company! we were stuck in traffic from yangon to the bus terminal and last minute we asked the help of our taxi driver to call JJ express if its possible to wait for us for a couple of minutes. Voila! they didnt disappoint, they are suppose to leave at exactly 8pm and we arrive at the check in counter 5 to 10mins after that. we were so grateful to them as we dont have a plan B on how to get to Bagan if we missed this trip. The ride and inclusions are amazing, definitely recommending this

Jetstar suspended all flights from 23/3/2020 to 15/4/2020 due to Covid-19. I had to cancel my flight booking on 23/3/2020 and rebook for an earlier flight. As such, I could not make it to Bagan. I am now waiting for a refund from Klook.
Night bus is very clean, convenient and comfortable. Good aircon, provide water, coke, bread and wet tissue.
Although it was a long journey but overall it’s a great experience! Safety is priority. 👍🏻
