We had a great experience with the Copenhagen Hop-On Hop-Off Bus and Boat Tour—an easy and convenient way to explore the city on our first visit.
The bus covered major attractions, and hopping on and off made sightseeing flexible. The audio commentary was informative and gave good insight into Copenhagen’s history and landmarks.
The boat tour was the highlight. Seeing the city from the water was relaxing and scenic, offering a fresh perspective of the canals and waterfront buildings.
Everything was well organised, easy to access, and good value since it combined land and water tours in one ticket.
I’d highly recommend it, especially for first-time visitors who want a relaxed way to see the main sights without too much walking.
Overall, a fun and memorable way to discover Copenhagen. 🇩🇰❤️

You can walk to the city attractions, which is faster than waiting for the bus. There are three sightseeing buses, but the bus bodies are all red, which is super hard to recognize. Many people stop the wrong bus. You still need to queue up to exchange for physical tickets for the cruise, and you can't use QR codes.

although the boat ride was fun… it is so HARD to spot the boat. I roamed around Nyhavn with senior citizens and a child to look for the boat but i can’t. please put the specific BOAT COMPANY NAME. not just putting in Nyhavn near bus stop number 8. LOOK FOR THIS SIGNAGE. across yellow building with red NYHAVN on it.

I didn't notice that there was no reservation date option. It was supposed to be used immediately, but I hadn't arrived in Copenhagen yet, so I couldn't change the time or get a refund. This is the first time I've encountered this product.. It's useless to report it to the customer service. I won't buy this product again.
