- Infants aged 0-5 are free of charge provided that they do not occupy any seats and are accompanied by a paying adult. Please purchase child tickets if they will require a seat

- Please note that the driver cannot speak English, however, there will be a staff that knows basic English getting on the bus at the KOTOHIRA TRIP BASE Kotori

- In case the service gets canceled due to inclement weather conditions, you will be informed via email or phone and be fully refunded 1 day before your travel date
- Please note that the bus is not wheelchair accessible nor stroller friendly
- Please note that only 1 piece of luggage can be brought on board (24cm x 30cm). Luggages that can be stored in the compartment must be within 155cm (length + width + height) for 1 piece and within 240cm (length + width + height) for 2 pieces
- Please be at your chosen pick up location in advance. Failure to arrive at the specified time will be considered a no-show and no refunds shall be provided
- If you book Package A and D or Package B and C at the same time, you will get a Kazurabashi Yumebutai admission ticket for free
