  • The performers are subject to change for various reasons. Please note that cancellations due to performer changes are not allowed.
  • A 100% cancellation fee will apply after the booking is confirmed. Please be aware that refunds are not possible.
  • Seats will be assigned on the day of the event. Please note that pre-assignment of areas or seat numbers is not possible.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue (water is permitted).
  • Use of zoom cameras and video recording is prohibited inside the venue. There may be baggage checks before entering the event venue.
  • We and the organizer are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets after ticket receipt. (Tickets cannot be reissued.)
  • All participants must bring their passport or alien registration card (original) on the day of the event.
  • This ticket is for foreign nationals only. (Korean nationals cannot make a reservation.)
  • If a minor makes a reservation, it will be considered as being made with parental consent.
