- Once you activate a pass, it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical Porto Card
- All tourist offices will be closed on 25 December
- Opening times may vary on 24 December and 1 January
