- Pickup & Drop-off Service Area: We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off services for customers within the 3rd Ring Road of Chengdu. For locations outside these areas, additional charges will apply. The exact amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after order confirmation.
- Schedule: Standard departure times are around 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 2:00 PM. The tour generally concludes around 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 6:00 PM, at which time we will return you to your hotel. However, your needs are our priority, and the schedule is flexible. You can discuss the best departure time with customer service after booking. During peak holiday periods, we recommend departing earlier to avoid crowds and enjoy a more relaxed trip.
- Service Duration Notice: Please note that our overall service duration is limited to approximately 4 hours. If the service exceeds this time, an overtime fee will be applied. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
