I visited the spa for the second time today and I realize that I made the right choice. Professional massage, pleasant relaxing atmosphere, everything is clean and cozy. Very respectful and attentive attitude, I would even say with love for their visitors, which is very nice.

The waiting room was beautiful and clean, and the treatment rooms were also immaculate. The skillful massage really loosened up my stiff body. I had the 120-minute course and was very satisfied; my body felt so much lighter. After the treatment, they served fruit, and I finished my wonderful spa time with a relaxing break. It's located a bit away from the city center, and the surrounding shops are quite local. Taking a taxi there is no problem at all.

The salon is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The masseuse was professional and very attentive, which is important and appreciated. I'm 100% satisfied with the service. However, the included transfer service is only one-way – either to the salon or to the hotel! I recommend visiting.

Came for a 60-minute neck, shoulder, and back massage again after previously having a 30-minute foot massage. This time was even more comfortable than the last time. The back massage therapist was very good, kneading the muscles well and the aches and pains disappeared. The staff at the counter provided good service as usual, taking good care of me, easy to talk to, comfortable to talk to. The atmosphere was good, clean, convenient, and safe. It smelled good. There was tea and snacks to eat, very delicious. Will go back for another massage if I have the chance and will book through Klook again because I got a great discount.

Full-time foot massage, very comfortable, clean, convenient, safe place, very good massage service, good massage, comfortable pressure, good service from the counter staff, just inform them that you bought a coupon from Klook and you can use it. There are snacks and tea to eat before the massage. Will definitely go back for another massage if I have a chance to travel to Vietnam again.

The lady was fantastic and didn't waste a single minute of the two hours. She was very professional and attentive. Nha Trang is a tourist city, and there are many tourist cities in China as well. It's the same routine of massages and eating local dishes, but the service attitude in Southeast Asia is noticeably better and more affordable. I'm tempted to settle down in Southeast Asia; this is paradise. Also, the Klook app itself is not bad, but the customer service is quick to pass the buck, and the customer service inquiry interface is very immature, not comparable to domestic apps at all. Klook still has a demand for overseas travel spending from Chinese people, and they've spent so much on advertising, but a Hong Kong company just can't make software as well as companies in mainland China.

Ordering online was smooth, but the reservation process was a headache. The reservation was made and then canceled. Since it wasn't far from the hotel, I went directly there. Luckily, I arrived just in time to get a massage right away. The masseuse was quite good and gave a full massage session. After the massage, I was treated to mango tea, and the shop called a car to take me back to the hotel.
