Cairo Giza Pyramids & Sphinx Half-Day Tour with Guided

We had a most wonderful time with Salwa and Mohammed Abo Ahd. Salwa was our wonderful guide and gave us detailed explanations with fun facts about the pyramids of Giza, Sakkara and the Sphynx. We also went to Memphis and saw the statue of Ramses II. A beautiful day that began with Mohammed Abo Ahd taking us to a beautiful view of the Nile, followed by the pyramids and an informative tour to a beautiful Papyrus store where we got wonderful art pieces. The lunch was delicious! Mohammed and Salwa are wonderful, kind and generous people and we had a great day filled with some laughter, deep cultural exchanges and time understanding each other beyond the tour. I highly recommend Salwa and Mohammed for the wealth of information and joy that they bring :)

We had an amazing experience visiting Giza and the Pyramids, and a huge part of that was thanks to Amin, our tour guide. He is incredibly informative, speaks good English, and has a very easy-going, friendly personality that instantly puts you at ease. What really stood out was how Amin explained history, it never felt dry or overwhelming. Instead, it felt like a fun, engaging school trip, where you’re learning without realising how much you’re absorbing. He shared stories, context, and little details that brought the pyramids to life, and it honestly brought back memories of learning history in the best way possible. The day was well-paced, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. If you’re booking a tour, I highly recommend requesting Amin specifically! he truly made our pyramid experience unforgettable. p/s: bonus if you get Amin! he is also a great photographer who knows the right spot to take!

All facilities were well organised, the pickup was on time. The guide bought us water and recommended we skip Memphis for other pyramids nearby included in the ticket. This proved to be a good idea given we were short on time and we got to see the Halographics. However, the guide provided limited information and was more interesting in knowing about us rather than telling us about the history of the pyramids, we were given basic information whereas other tours were given detailed explanations. Irrespective of this, I thoroughly suggest you take up this tour and do everything mentioned in the itinerary, it’s worth the money!

A really comfortable tour in the complex Cairo. We will pick you up at your hotel lobby at 8:30 in the morning and depart together, so you won't spend time on the road. Entrance fees to Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis are all included, as well as a buffet lunch. Don't waste time negotiating with taxi drivers in Cairo, and spend a day on this all-in-one tour. It will be a great choice. The guide is 100% friendly and will help you with everything right next to you.

We were so fortunate to have Ahmad as our tour guide during our recent trip to Egypt. His knowledge of Egyptian history, culture, and landmarks was impressive, and he shared everything with such enthusiasm that it made each site come alive. Ahmad was also warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs. and was often worried for 'mama mels' our mother of the group 😂and made very sure that mama mels was alright 😂🤣🤣 (Thank ü) He made sure everyone in our group was comfortable and engaged, answering every question with patience and detail. His passion for Egypt truly shines through, and it made a huge difference in our journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend Ahmad to anyone looking to explore Egypt in depth. He truly made our trip unforgettable!

The tour was over all well paced. Our guide Salwa was amazing as she led us through Giza, Memphis, and Saqqara. She was very knowledgeable about all sites, and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner. She was also patient and understanding especially because my dad could not walk too much. At Giza, my dad and I just happened to be assigned to a rather rude camel guide who had little interest and effort in taking our photos and just kept shouting at us. We weren’t really sure why that was the case. There was also a stopover at the papyrus museum and perfume store as part of the tour. Lunch was a good local Egyptian buffet restaurant.

Thanks to Mr Ahmad who accompanied my family the whole explaining all around Cairo, Giza, Saqara and Memphis. Best recommend tour during your visit in Cairo to see and understand the Pyramid and historical. we also have nice delicious lunch at Cleopatra Restaurant. its was a awsome experience, the pyramids are absolutely magicals truly, was in ave looking at them... was picked up on time from hotel in a comfortable car to the pyramids ...our guide omar was a very nice person, very polite & aware about the history of Giza. He showed us all the pyramids, sphnix & took us to delicious buffy luncheon. I wish omar & his team for excellent work for us travellers where language is an issue sometimes.

We had a great experience on the tour. We felt safe all throughout. Highly recommended! I liked that since we were both female travelers, we were assigned a female guide as well. Salwa was a very nice and knowledgeable guide she answered all our questions about the history of Egypt.
