"Important Notes"

・Depending on the number of registrants, buses from other travel agencies that provide skiing services may be used. If the above situation occurs, the return parking location and time will be adjusted. We will notify you by email 1 week to 1 day before departure. Thank you please know ・When meeting in Shinjuku, the bus will leave on time. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late. ・For all ski bus tours organized by the supplier (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave them on the bus. ・After the bus arrives at Longwang Ski Park, please confirm your valuables before getting off the bus. You can store your luggage in the luggage locker at the bus terminal ・You can check in after 15:00. Before that, you can store your luggage and use the hotel’s changing room facilities. ・Skiss cannot be replaced once rented, and must be rented again for a fee after return. They can be temporarily stored in the dedicated storage room of the rental store at night. The hotel is not responsible for the storage. Please note that ・You can then go to Longwang Ski Park to enjoy skiing and snow play. If you have purchased additional lift tickets, please go to the lift ticket exchange office at the ski resort and use the exchange coupon to exchange for a lift ticket at the ski resort.

[On the day of check-out ~ Return to Tokyo] ・After checking out, please take your luggage back to the ski resort. Your luggage can be temporarily stored in the luggage locker at the hotel or bus terminal. ・Please confirm the return bus time, return the rented ski equipment in advance, pack your luggage and wait for the bus at the designated location ・Due to local road conditions and weather, the arrival time of the bus may be delayed, please be informed ・Before the bus returns, the staff will provide the seating chart of the day’s bus on the 2nd floor of Longwang Bus Terminal.
