I personally spent a lot of time here since I don't know a lot about France's history. There's not a lot of the original structure still remaining so they provide a histopad to try to help visualize what it looked like many years ago. If you have time, ok to visit. If not, you wouldn't be missing a lot.

The on-site tablets for navigation are very convenient, but it would be even better if there were more open spaces. The lobby is beautiful for taking pictures.

No need to queue up to buy tickets, just go straight to the smooth entrance check-in 😆 The on-site Sainte-Chapelle and the Ancient Prison have the same ticket. You have to use a tablet to imagine the scene at the ancient prison.

wasn’t expecting much to this activity but it turned out to be great! the interactive tour allows you to travel back in time to see how the place actually looked like, and the building itself is a marvel to look at, and to imagine how people lived and managed themselves in the quarters. to top it off, also to learn more about MA was a plus.

I suddenly had time to go on the day, so I made a reservation as soon as I thought of it and was able to use it right away! It's cheaper and more convenient than buying it from the official website. I'm glad I was able to see the famous Marie Antoinette's last place. The route may be a little difficult to understand, so it might be a good idea to do some research beforehand.
