Reviews
the ticket use was so convenient and easy. when I reached they guided me well in the ticket counter then when approved I could use it well.
redemption of tickets and gear was fuss free and staff were very nice. ski resort was relatively not crowded.
redemption of gears and lift tickets was very fuss free. there is half day lift ticket at the resort itself.
redemption of gear and lift tickets was fuss free and the resort was great to ski at.
Tsugaike's slopes are comfortable and beginner-friendly to ski on.
The shop is located at the basement floor, there is a gentlemen that speaks fluent english which very much helpful where we don’t speak japanese very well. Some of the equipment seems to be worn out so you may need to ask for exchange to a better one. You may need to claim your equipment as early as possible because the queue to purchase or redeem your gondola lift ticket will took you quite some time and also the queue to the gondola lift. Also the return of equipment is at 5pm if you only rented for a day.
Staff is friendly and helped us get the rental gear we needed. They have additional accessories like helmet and goggles for rent for additional price. The ski lift tickets are definitely worth getting.
Value for money rental and lift ticket. It would be nice if the rental equipment was newer. The rental place was rather difficult to find (located at the corner of an empty hotel with no signboards) but the staff was friendly and could speak English. Helment was not included in the rental and it cost additional ¥1,000 a day. The return process was seamless as the shop closes at 6pm while lifts stop operating at 4pm.
definitely value for money. the ski shop is near to resort so it’s very convenient. book for January & Feb dates as my chair lift will be opened
1-2 mins walk to the ski slopes so very convenient. however the rental shop was understaffed and took long to get our gear so we had wasted a bit of time in the morning so better to go earlier in the day
