Elysian Ski & Snowboard Multi Day Tour from Seoul

This trip was fantastic, and our guide, Mr. Shin, was very enthusiastic, allowing us to experience a wonderful skiing trip!

Mr Shin and David was very professional and funny. Shim especially was very caring when very helpful when my wife jad a small accident. best tour guide ever.

Bob and Sam were very responsible in taking us around. Even though we fell quite a bit, it was really, really fun!

Although the tour guide was Korean, their Chinese was pretty good. They also had a friendly, chatty sense of humor, and provided excellent service. Overall, a good experience.

The coaches are very patient in answering various questions and will provide immediate assistance (Mr. Shin, Taffy, David, Zhu He). Five-star praise. The hotel room is large, the CP value is high, and the trip was basically smooth.

I joined this tour for 2 days 1 night as a single traveller, including 2 hours private snowboard class with coach called ‘Panda’. ‘Panda’ is a very patient coach and he did a great job in teaching me how to improve specific skills, adjust my posture etc.. The overall arrangement was also satisfactory except an unhappy experience with a specific tour guide called ‘Sam’. This tour guide called ‘Sam’ was unprofessional as he intentionally hid my luggage for fun and lied to me and other tour guides which led to unnecessary delay in transfer affecting other participants, extensive searching of my luggage by other tour guides (even informing hotel staff to obtain CCTV). He was given several face-to-face chances to tell where my luggage was in the presence of other tour guides yet he continued to make fun by saying ‘he doesn’t know’. At last, he admitted he had my luggage with him and showed us where he had hidden it. Tour guide Sam then said he was ‘making a joke’ and still not realize the inappropriateness of his action as both a tour guide and an adult. I would like to express gratitude to the other two korean tour guides on the other bus who tried their best to help out a single traveller. The misconduct of unprofessional tour guide Sam had disappointed the whole team and underrated this tour.

1. There were too many students in the group class, about 30 people. The instructor was too careless in teaching the basics of the class. The class ended before they were taught the basics of braking and turning. 2. The instructor told the students that there was night skiing, but in fact it was already mid-February and the ski resort was no longer open. He told the students without knowing the situation, and his homework was not very sufficient. 3. They all ordered 8-hour tickets, but they had to rush back after skiing for less than 5 hours. They were very disrespectful of the students' time. 4. They did not inform them in advance when they encountered protests on the day of the return trip (the government would announce the protests in advance). In the end, the car only stopped at Dongdaemun, and did not stop at the two stops that were supposed to stop. They had to carry their luggage to get on the car, and they did not even get a subsidy for the fare. It was quite irresponsible. I do not recommend anyone to buy it.
